Habsburg knight's cheese
Chäsi Künten, AG
Swiss semi-hard cheese, cream cheese, made from thermized cow's milk
FLAVOR PROFILE
mildly strong (1-5)
Even if the Swiss have not always liked the Habsburgs, we can at least warmly recommend the Habsburg Ritterkäse from Chäsi Künten. The cheesemaker himself says that the cheese is not intended to remind us of old times, but to make its connoisseurs happy and sociable. And that's exactly what we think the racy, aromatic Habsburger Ritterkäse does, with a creamy, nutty aftertaste that, like the story, will stay with us for a long time.

Stella Maris Amber bearing
LägereBräu AG, AG
We have been brewing this copper-coloured monastery beer with its ivory-coloured head with great success since 2010. The fine Swiss honey and the blend of delicious brewing malts give this beer a mild and soft body. The aftertaste convinces with sweet and pleasant aromas and a perfectly integrated, barely perceptible bitterness.

LägereBräu AG, AG
Bright straw yellow and crowned with snow-white, fine-pored foam, this filtered lager is a delight to the eye. The lovely hop notes of the CH-Perle and the cereal-like, malty aromas enrich the first impression. The refreshing, sparkling first taste and the slim, sweet body continue to delight the palate, while the lovely bitterness in the finish definitely makes you thirsty for more. Our new favorite beer!
