Cheezy assortment
Yes, the range changes every month. So you can discover new types of cheese in every box every 4 weeks.
We currently only offer cow's milk cheese, as we are very close to cow's milk farmers through our parent company (mooh cooperative).
Cheezy cheese box Subscription
Yes, you can add another product to your existing subscription by clicking on your cheese subscription in the "My account" menu and selecting the "Add product" button.
Yes, this is possible by clicking on "Your cheese subscription" in the "My account" menu and selecting "pause". For a gift subscription, you can send us an e-mail to team@cheezy.ch
You can reactivate your subscription by clicking on "Your cheese subscription" in the "My account" menu and selecting "reactivate".
Yes, you can change your subscription by clicking on "Your cheese subscription" in the "My account" menu and selecting the "Swap box" button at the bottom. Next, decide on your new desired subscription and confirm by clicking on the "Swap for this product" button.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply click on "Cancel" in the "Your cheese subscription" menu. Cancellation must be made by 23:59 at the latest before your next delivery. If you have any questions, you can also send an e-mail to team@cheezy.ch.
No, we do not have a minimum term. Your subscription can be paused or canceled at any time.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
It is not yet possible at the moment. However, we are planning to offer this in the near future.
If you have a cheese box subscription with us, simply click on "Your cheese subscription" in the "My account" menu. This way you can change the type of your cheezy cheese box at any time. If you would like to change your one-off purchase, please contact us by e-mail at: team@cheezy.ch
If you have a cheese box subscription with us, simply click on "Your cheese subscription" in the "My account" menu to receive detailed information about your order. If you made a one-off purchase, this will be shown on the e-mail confirmation.
Yes, that is possible. If you have a cheese box subscription with us, you can buy any number of all 3 boxes at once and specify the desired delivery interval. Alternatively, you can also order each cheese box individually. With a one-off purchase, you can order as many cheese boxes as you like.
Yes, as long as you do not change your subscription, you will regularly receive the box you have selected. However, you can change your subscription at any time and also swap cheese boxes . Please note that you must adjust your order in your account by 23:59 at the latest before your next delivery.
We pack your cheese box every Monday and Wednesday. Delivery usually takes place the following day. Orders must be placed by 23:59 the evening before at the latest.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including reduced value added tax (VAT) of 2.5%.
The costs for shipping and delivery are CHF 5.90. There are no additional costs. From a minimum order value of CHF 80, shipping is free of charge.
Payment of the cheezy subscription is possible with most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB). For one-off purchases, payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, TWINT and by invoice.
Our payments are processed and secured by the company Stripe. Stripe is certified according to the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and thus fulfills the strictest security precautions for the protection of credit card data.
You can do this by clicking on the "Billing information" option in the "My account" menu to change the payment method or credit card information
Yes, individual boxes can also be purchased. Simply select the box and select "One-off delivery" before adding it to the shopping basket. Then add it to the shopping basket and order.
cheezy Club
The cheezy Club is a points collection and referral program where you can collect cheezies. You can then redeem the cheezies for discounts on your next purchase.
Click on the gifts icon at the bottom right of our website and find out more about our cheezy club. If you already have a customer account at cheezy , you can simply log in with your login details. If you don't have an account with us yet, you can register and you're in!
Collecting cheezies is easy. You automatically collect cheezies with every order (5 cheezies for every CHF1 you spend). We also give you cheezies for your birthday (200 cheezies) or if you follow us on Facebook or Instagram (50 cheezies each). And before we forget: You will also receive 200 cheezies directly from us when you register/login!
You can redeem your cheezies in two ways. You can either redeem your cheezies for the purchase of a subscription or the purchase of a single box (100 cheezies are worth 1CHF).
For single purchases: After redeeming, you will receive a voucher code that you can redeem when paying at the checkout.
For subscriptions: Go to your customer account, click on your cheese subscription and at the bottom you will find the box "add", there you can insert your discount code, which will then be taken into account on the next invoice.
You can collect the most cheezies through referrals. You can send your friends an individual referral code (incl. 15% discount) and receive 500 cheezies when your friends make a purchase with us.
DELIVERY
At the moment, our cheezy cheese boxes can be delivered throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Deliveries to other countries are not yet possible.
We send all cheezy cheese boxes by post. The carefully packaged cheese box is delivered by Swiss Post. Our packaging contains frozen water bottles and a reusable cool bag to ensure that the cold chain is maintained and your cheese stays fresh.
Our cheese boxes are put together for you every Monday and Wednesday in our distribution center. Our delivery partner then ensures that the box usually arrives the following day.
The costs for shipping and delivery are CHF 5.90. From a minimum order value of CHF 80, shipping is free of charge.
Delivery times depend on our contractual partner (Swiss Post). As soon as your cheezy cheese box is on its way, you will receive a "Track & Trace" e-mail confirmation. This means you can track when your cheese box is delivered at any time.
No problem! If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your cheese box will be left either in the front entrance or in your letterbox. Our packaging contains frozen water bottles and a reusable cool bag to ensure that the cold chain is maintained and your cheese stays fresh.
This is also no problem, simply log in to your account and select the "Change of address" option under "Billing information". If you prefer to use your original address for future deliveries, simply change the address again. Address changes must be entered by 23:59 the evening before.
To ensure that our cheese reaches you as fresh as possible, we pack our cheese in a cool bag and include two bottles of frozen mineral water in your box.
Unfortunately, we are not allowed to take back packaging materials for hygienic reasons.
Miscellaneous

The minimum shelf life of each individual piece of cheese can be seen on the respective label. In general, we guarantee a shelf life of at least 7 days for individual cheeses on receipt of the cheese delivery.
You can dispose of the cheezy cheese box like any other cardboard box. The paper cooler bag can be reused for daily shopping or disposed of in the cardboard collection. The pet bottles can be disposed of in normal PET recycling. We are constantly improving and looking for environmentally friendly solutions. If you have any ideas on how we can further improve in this respect, we will be happy to receive and review your suggestions!
You can request a new password at any time by clicking on the icon in the menu bar and then on "Have you forgotten your password?". Enter your e-mail address and follow the instructions in the e-mail to reset your password.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product, please send us an e-mail to: team@cheezy.ch. From Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays, between 09:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00, you can also use our chat function. We will check your request and find a satisfactory solution for you.
If you have any food allergies, we do not recommend choosing an Exotic Box.
Cheezy gift kabos
No, a gift subscription expires automatically at the end of its term. You and the recipient do not have to do anything. You can currently choose between 3 and 12 months.

Cheezy Vouchers
You can redeem your voucher at www.cheezy.ch. Simply enter the voucher code directly when completing your order.
In principle, you can buy all cheese boxes cheeses in our store with the value stated on the voucher. As we put together a new range for you every month, the selection of cheeses depends on the month in which you redeem your voucher. Please note that the vouchers can only be redeemed within Switzerland and not on vouchers.
Yes, as long as there is still credit on the voucher.
The voucher is valid for two years from the date of purchase. The respective expiration date is noted on the voucher.
Unfortunately, a refund of the credit is not possible.
The purchaser of the cheezy gift voucher can click on "Resend gift voucher" in the order confirmation e-mail.
Choose the right cheezy voucher for you or decide on your favorite box voucher. After you have selected the desired cheezy voucher, added it to your shopping cart and paid at check-out, we will send you your voucher code by e-mail. You can then simply print out the voucher card at home or send it as a PDF. There is also enough space for a personal message to the lucky recipient.
Cheezy DURING COVID-19
There are currently no delays and it is very important to us that it stays that way. However, if we have to make unexpected changes to your delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The safety and quality of our products and the health and well-being of our customers are our top priority. We would do nothing to jeopardize this. In addition to our very strict hygiene and safety guidelines, we have taken further precautions to ensure that our customers and our employees remain healthy. We adhere closely to the latest recommendations of the World Health Organization and pass these on to our employees.
It has not been proven that the new coronavirus can be transmitted through food and cardboard boxes. You can find more information here.
The safety and quality of our products and the health and well-being of our customers are our top priority. We would do nothing to jeopardize this. We carry out very strict food testing within our supply chain to ensure that you receive only the best ingredients. Incidentally, it has not been proven that the new coronavirus can be transmitted through food. This has been confirmed by several official authorities.
