You should not only have a wide choice when tasting the finest Swiss cheeses, we also offer you great flexibility when it comes to delivery. Find out more below.
Can I choose the delivery date?
You can choose your preferred delivery date when you place your order. We always deliver our cheese boxes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Simply select your preferred delivery date in the shopping cart in the calendar function at the bottom of the page. You can also select the date months in advance. If something changes in your schedule at short notice, that's no problem. Just let us know at least two days before the delivery date and we will postpone the delivery date.
When will the cheese arrive?

Please note that the shipments for the cheese subscriptions are delivered on Tuesday and Thursday in a four or eight week cycle. cheese boxes for the tastings are delivered on Tuesday or Thursday (depending on which day of the week the tasting takes place) in the week of the tasting.
Can I receive my cheese box at work?
If you are unsure whether you can receive the parcel at home, you can also receive it conveniently at work. The parcel contains special refrigerated packaging so that you can easily transport your cheese home. Make sure you enter the correct delivery address when ordering.
Where is my cheezy cheese box currently located?
As soon as your cheezy box is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a track and trace number so that you can track your order at any time.
