Ponäly - Brown Common
Ponäly Ltd, OW
Brown Common is an in-house creation from the micro-brewery Ponäly from Obwalden. The beer style Brown Common is not a common beer style name - until now. Perhaps the guys at Ponäly have created a new beer style? In any case, this beer is very interesting. It combines the advantages of a brown ale with the quaffability of a California common. Malty sweetness meets a medium and light hop character. Top-fermenting yeast is used at cooler temperatures than usual. Tip: try it instead of studying it. We think this beer is a successful and creative creation.
