Hermit Bsetzistein
Einsiedeln Milk Factory, SZ
This cheese gets its name from the monastery square in Einsiedeln, which is paved with "Bsetzisteinen". So it belongs to Einsiedeln like the monastery and also has the shape of a Bsetzistein. Almost as hard as stone, but anything but stony in taste. A spicy, full-bodied cheese from central Switzerland.

Küssnacht village cheese dairy, SZ
The natural cheese from the Küssnacht village dairy. A pleasure as creamy, spicy and unique as it can be. Made from the finest hay milk from cows that enjoy juicy herbs and grasses directly on the pasture.

Rosengarten AG Brewery, SZ
The naturally cloudy alpine beer is an unfiltered yeast-leaved organic bud beer. It has a cereal and fresh bread aroma. A pleasant malt sweetness dominates in the mouth and a light refreshing hop aroma emerges on the finish.

The Pragel Bödmeren area is an imposing natural and cultural landscape. Equally imposing is this mountain cheese. Its aroma ranges from spicy to strong. Semi-hard cheese enjoyment at the highest level.

Küssnacht village cheese dairy, SZ
Fantastico is the name of this cheese and it is program! Fresh, creamy and aromatic, it presents itself from the eye to the palate. The soft and creamy paste melts on the tongue and its fresh milk aroma convinces the taste buds. A true all-rounder from aperitif to dessert cheese.

Ingredients: Cheese (milk, salt)
Storage instructions: Store in a cool place at a maximum of 5 °C.General information:
- The small box contains at least 600 grams of cheese (1 of each of the 4 varieties) and 2 beers.
- The middle box contains at least 900 grams of cheese (1 piece of all varieties and even 2 pieces of two varieties), as well as two beers.
- The big box contains at least 1200 grams of cheese (2 of each of the 4 varieties) and 2 beers.
- Our cheese must be kept cool at a maximum of 5 °C
