Produced according to the original Emmental recipe from the 16th century by the Gourmino master cheesemakers Markus Hengartner and Robin Straub, Rohrenmoos cheese dairy. Refined in Langnau, in the heart of the Emmental, and in the mountain in Reichenbach in the Kandertal. The fine Rahmtaler has a flowery, aromatic taste with a hint of hazelnuts.

Our L'ETIVAZ ALPAGE AOP is a hard alpine cheese from Frédéric Rosat, Alp Antheines. It is made by hand over an open fire using a traditional recipe from raw milk between May 10th and October 10th. These selected cheeses have a light caramel and alpine flower flavor, with notes of spicy broth and leek. Alpine herbs. This magnificent alpine cheese has a slightly spicy and nutty note, which varies slightly from alp to alp depending on the cows' feed.
