With a maturing period of six to nine months, this cream cheese from the Val Müstair has rightly earned the title "Gran Cru", and the time it spends in the cellar makes it a first-class treat for the palate. The name "Tea Fondada" translates as "sunken alpine hut", and you will certainly learn the whole story when you visit the Chascharia Val Müstair. A soft and creamy cheese that makes you want more.

This cheese gets its name from the monastery square in Einsiedeln, which is paved with "Bsetzisteinen". So it belongs to Einsiedeln like the monastery and also has the shape of a Bsetzistein. Almost as hard as stone, but anything but stony in taste. A spicy, full-bodied cheese from central Switzerland.

    Chäller stool

    Cheese dairy Tufertschwil, SG

The Chällerhocker has become a true cult cheese and is an export hit, especially popular in America. But clearly it also deserves a permanent place on local cheese plates. Matured for at least 8 months, this hard cheese presents a slightly dry and stringy paste with a naturally pure flavor. A wonderful melting and the spicy finish with light citrus notes ensure that it remains in the best memory and we want to enjoy it again and again.
