Inspired by the well-known Obwalden folk culture festival, the Seiler cheese dairy has developed a new product line. The Cello Mutschli with style and lemon thyme is named after the musical instrument of the same name. The washed out and affinated rind may be eaten with pleasure.

Belongs to the summer like a real thunderstorm, but does not get its name from a summer thunderstorm. In fact, Gwitterchäs originated from a mishap that led to a real thunderstorm in the cheese dairy. The result of the mishap was this particularly strong and especially creamy mountain cheese.

Sbrinz is the real Swiss alternative to Parmesan. However, it is not only a special treat as grated cheese, but also as Sbrinz-Möckli or Sbrinz-Hobelrollen. Traditionally produced and versatile for every occasion. For our cheezy box, we got hold of the Sbrinz from the Flüeler cheese dairy, which was awarded Supergold at the World Cheese Awards 2019.
