The unique combination of creamy taste, soft texture and longer maturing time make this cheese a unique treat for the palate. Produced in Entlebuch by Silvio Schöpfer and refined in the mountain. It has a balanced, creamy taste of cream and pine nuts and complex umami notes.

Mont Vully
Fromagerie Schafer, FR
Swiss semi-hard cheese, full-fat, made from thermized cow's milk. Rind refined with red wine and annatto (colorant).
FLAVOR PROFILE
mildly strong (1-5)
The cheese with the soft, delicate consistency and the pure, slightly spicy taste. This is the result of good craftsmanship during cheese-making and rubbing with Pinot Noir during maturation in the cellar. It is this Pinot from the Vully region that gives the cheese its name.

Wonderfully unique with its soft yet slightly crumbly consistency and small salt crystals. Made from healthy, fresh goat's milk by master cheesemaker Michael Hanke in the picturesque village of Combremont in western Switzerland.

The Moschtrugeli from master cheesemaker Christian Gerber from the Neukirch an der Thur cheese dairy has a rounded, harmonious flavor that comes from the good milk, the craftsmanship and the care with cider. The cheese is creamy, smooth and melt-in-the-mouth.
