Right in the heart of Switzerland, not far above the founding meadow, the Rütli, the mountain cheese dairy Aschwanden conjures up Bergrausch. The cheese is produced using a fat sourdough culture and according to an old recipe. After maturing for 6 months, Bergrausch acquires its aromatic and full-bodied, spicy flavor.
