SPAGHETTI CACIO E PEPE ALLA CHEEZY
Ingredients
- 500 g spaghetti
- 200 g wine cheese
- 180 ml cream
- Sea salt
- Black pepper from the grinder
Preparation
Finely grate the wine cheese. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water until al dente. In the meantime, heat the cream in a pan. Add the drained pasta to the cream and add the wine cheese. Mix the pasta well with the sauce and season with sea salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
