Mango chutney
Ingredients
- 2 mangoes
- 1 onion
- 1 red chili
- 100 ml mango vinegar (Creaceto)
- 40 g sugar
- Sea salt
- Pepper from the mill
Preparation
Cut the onion into strips. Cut the mangoes into cubes. Finely chop the chili. Caramelize the sugar in a pan and add the onion strips. Then deglaze with the vinegar and add the mango pieces and chili. Simmer briefly and then puree finely with a hand blender, adding salt and pepper to taste if necessary.
