Inspired by the well-known Obwalden folk culture festival, the Seiler cheese dairy has developed a new product line. The Cello Mutschli with style and lemon thyme is named after the musical instrument of the same name. The washed out and affinated rind may be eaten with pleasure.

The genuine Central Swiss cheese, matured in the rock cave. This is also where it gets its not-so-Central Swiss name, Grotto. This promises a full-bodied and spicy cheese moment with a southern lightness and a very special flair for maximum enjoyment.

Where the mountains seem to grow directly out of Lake Lucerne, in the canton of Nidwalden, a wonderful mountain cheese is produced. The Rezente from the family of Nidwalden mountain cheeses convinces with a full-bodied taste and beautiful strength on the palate. With a little luck, you can even feel the fine cheese crystals that have formed during the ripening process.

World Champion Sbrinz AOP

Sbrinz is the real Swiss alternative to Parmesan. However, it is not only a special treat as grated cheese, but also as Sbrinz-Möckli or Sbrinz-Hobelrollen. Traditionally produced and versatile for every occasion. For our cheezy box, we got hold of the Sbrinz from the Flüeler cheese dairy, which was awarded Supergold at the World Cheese Awards 2019.

Milk Stout

Dark, slightly sweet and flavorful. A strong, malt-heavy beer for strong men (and women), after all, it was originally the preferred "supplementary food" for load carriers.
