As the name of the cheese suggests, this wonderful, creamy, milky white soft cheese comes from the village of Trub in the Emmental, at the foot of the Napf. Truberli, made by Gourmino master cheesemaker Fritz Baumgartner, two-time world champion, is produced with the best milk from grazing cows fed on hay from the hilly Emmental. A wonderfully mild cheese for every "z'Morge".
