Organic family cheese

Swiss semi-hard cheese, cream level, from raw milk (cow, organic)

Speciality cheese dairy Koster, ZH
We can perfectly demonstrate why a cheese made from Jersey milk is so special using the example of Faltigberger Jersey Camembert made from organic milk. Jersey cows are not only particularly friendly with their big brown eyes. No, their milk is also very special and is characterised by a particularly high fat and protein content. This is how their milk produces a particularly full-bodied and concentrated Camembert with its typical Chamignon-like aroma.

Organic cheese dairy Maseltrangen, SG
In the 6th and 7th centuries, a new people migrated to the Linth plain from the north: the Alemanni. With them they brought the Germanic language and the peasant culture. They are the ancestors of today's inhabitants of Maseltrangen, the birthplace of the uniquely spicy organic Alemanni cheese.

Storage instructions: Store in a cool place at a maximum of 5 °C.
General information:
- The small box contains at least 600 grams of cheese (1 piece of each of the 4 varieties) and is ideal for 1-2 people.
- The medium box contains at least 900 grams of cheese (1 piece of all varieties and even 2 pieces of two varieties) and is ideal for 2-4 people.
- The large box contains at least 1200 grams of cheese (2 pieces of each of the 4 varieties) and is ideal for 5-6 people or more.
- Our cheese must be kept cool at a maximum of 5 °C

Our cheese is lovingly cut and packaged for you, so the weight of each cheese package may vary slightly from the stated values. We guarantee that the minimum weight per box is adhered to.
Shelf life:
