The cheese of the monks from the Jura has a long tradition and originated in the monastery of Bellelay. But its success story really began with the invention of the Girolle, which is still used today to shave the cheese into its unmistakable rosettes. This is how it develops its full aroma and its fine, nutty flavor. The rosettes melt on the tongue and let us melt away.
The Fleurolle is practical and can be taken anywhere.
The cheese can be grated until the end. Even if the temperature of the cheese is slightly higher, beautiful cheese flowers can be formed.
ATTENTION: This product does not come with a cheese card.
